Training Practice
We are a recognised GP Training Practice and play an important role in the education and development of future healthcare professionals. This means that, at times, medical students, trainee GPs (hopefully coming soon), or other healthcare professionals may be involved in patient consultations under the supervision of an experienced clinician.
Occasionally, consultations may be video recorded for training and educational purposes. Any recordings are treated in strict confidence, used solely for training, and only undertaken with the patient’s explicit consent.
Patients are always free to decline the presence of a student or trainee, or to refuse recording, without this affecting the care they receive in any way. We greatly appreciate the support of our patients in helping to train the next generation of healthcare professionals.
