Before you submit your repeat prescription request, you need to know, or have access to, the following information.

Address and contact details of the person requiring the repeat prescription.
Details of the medication required, including the strength.

What you need to know

Repeat prescription requests normally take two working days to process.
Please do not leave requests until the last minute – we have no capacity to turnaround urgent prescriptions.
You can order a repeat prescription in person at the Practice.
You can contact your Pharmacy to request ordering repeat prescriptions on your behalf.
We do not take prescription requests over the telephone.
